Our client, a marketing and distribution company, engaged in horticultural and agronomic support, plant supply and marketing/sales of fruit, requires the services of a skilled Management Accountant to service the Group. The company is based in Hermanus and must be willing to travel between growers on an ad-hoc basis.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualified Management Accountant with SAIPA/AGA/ACMA/CGMA accreditation
- Advanced Excel experience
- Excellent mathematical and analysis skills
- Sound understanding of account principals
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret large datasets
- Proven track record of working with various foreign currencies
- IT savvy and systems orientated
- At least 4 years relevant experience in the key responsibility areas listed above
Beneficial Experience:
- Agriculture/ Horticulture experience
- MS Navision (ERP solution)
- Database experience
- Paltrack / Palbroker system experience
- Project management experience, including change management
