Network support,
Microsoft Office support,
Support all propriety hardware & software for client
Required Skills:
Microsoft Operating systems,
Microsoft Office,
Networking (intimate knowledge of),
Wireless networking (mikrotik, ubiquity, wifi, firewalls, VPN)
Advantageous skills:
Firewall & routing,
Advanced networking,
Microsoft Windows Server,
V-Sphere and virtualization,
Back-ups,
MCSA/ MCSE or equivalent
